InterPoker uses both the software and the network of CryptoLogic. This means that InterPoker shares their player base with the other Crypto network sites, making them a skin of a common platform; so if you have played at sites such as Sun Poker or William Hill you will feel right at home.

The software is not visually appealing and it is lacking some functionality that other poker rooms offer. Still the traffic is OK, with good Texas Hold'em action, and there is a fantastic bonus scheme in which you get up to $50 to play 300 hands each month. They also offer a prop player program. The games can be quite soft with many casino clients, from the various sites in the CryptoLogic network, trying their hand at poker. InterPoker was launched in November 2002 and is licensed and operated from Cyprus. It is part of the large InterCasino gaming group.

InterPoker offers Texas Hold’em, Omaha (Hi and Hi/Lo) 7 Card Stud, and a new twist on Blackjack they call it Hold’em Blackjack.

The NL Texas Hold’em games range $0.15/$0.25 up to 100/200 British pounds. The site has a strong player base in the UK. The action is solid at the lower blinds. InterPoker’s Pot Limit stakes cover $0.15/$0.25 to £5/10. The Fixed Limit stakes start at $0.25/$0.50 and go all the way up £600/1200. The action at the higher limits is quite scarce, as one can image with a site that supports about 5,000 players at peak time.

InterPoker’s Omaha tables do get some traffic with their large European player base. The PL Omaha is average to slightly above average, while Full PL Omaha Hi/Lo is excellent. The stakes range from $0.25/$0.50 to £25/50 for the regular Omaha and up to €5/10 for the Hi/Lo. Games at Limit Omaha Hi/Lo, Short Handed (6 seat) PL Omaha Hi/lo and are infrequent to scarce.

The action at the 7 Card tables is very scarce at any time.  You will need to look else where if you want 7 Card games.

InterPoker does of course offer Heads Up action, as well as, Sit and Go’s and Multi-Table tournaments. The Heads Up games cover just about any stake that you would want to play. The only Sit and Go’s that are available at this time are single tables both short handed (6 seats) and full (10 seats). They do lack in this department behind many other sites. However, they probably feel that they don’t have the traffic to support multi table SNG. The Multi-Table tournaments do cover the standard offerings with a good range of buy-ins and a few guaranteed tourneys. They have special tourneys and some WSOP satellite events as well.

The unique game that InterPoker does offer is called Hold’em Blackjack. According to their site…“ Hold’em Blackjack is the premier player-to-player blackjack game that combines the betting, bluffing, and bullying of Texas Hold’em with the familiar play of blackjack. You are sure to find the experience challenging, entertaining, and if you play your cards right, rewarding.” It does look interesting and has a fair amount of action. Without getting to much into it, it is Blackjack with bluffing.  Best of all you don’t play the house! The tables seat up to 6 players who provide the opposition.

As part of the Crypto network, InterPoker’s uses their software which is the same as all the other skins on that network. If you have played any of the other Crypto sites such as Sun Poker or William Hill you will be right at home at InterPoker. The card rooms are visually very clean. There are no coffee tables, chairs or annoying cartoon characters to distract the player. Players can customize an avatar if they choose but the images are relatively small. The seats have good spacing between them, which helps prevent the look of a cluttered room that many other sites have.

The dealer speed is fast and it is accompanied by voice commands of the dealer’s action such as “dealing flop”. This feature can be helpful for the player who may be engaged in other activities while playing poker. However some may find it a bit annoying, luckily it can be turned off. The card table itself is large and the cards are of good size and can be read easily. InterPoker offers short handed (6 seat) games and their full table seats 10. The time for a player to act seams a bit shorter than average which can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on the individual player’s style.

A chat feature is offered and many players take advantage of it. Most sites these days offer that feature, just keep the conversation clean and light hearted or your chat privileges may get blocked by their customer support! Interpoker also offers a note taking window which is very useful for the more serious player. A 'stat' window and hand histories are also available at a click of a button. These features are very easy to use and can be of course extremely helpful in analyzing your play in an effort to improve your game. If you are into multi-tabling, you can get your fill at InterPoker. They offer unlimited tables! This will obviously suit anyone’s needs.

They do offer a loyalty program called the Platinum Club. It is designed for serious grinders. A player must earn 8,000 "My Player Points" through their real money play in any calendar month in order to be eligible for this program. Once a player has achieved Platinum status they must continue to be active on their accounts and grind out at least 8,000 MPPs every two months to retain membership. InterPoker’s Platinum Club members get added features and benefits such as faster payouts, exclusive enhanced promotions, access to exclusive parties, represent Interpoker in live events, and special bonuses. Overall the program is not great. It does lack some of the features that other sites offer like merchandise but it is better than many others out there.

InterPoker offers a Bad Beat Jack Pot that is funded by all the skins on the CryptoLogic network. They start it with $2,500 and adds $150/day until it hits. To qualify you need a minimum of four jacks with both hole cards in play. Here is a quick run down: 100% is awarded at $5-$10 and higher, 75% at $3-$6, 50% at $2-$4, and 25% at $1-$2. The loser receives 50%, the winner 25%, and the rest of the players present split 25%.

InterPoker considers their customer’s security their top priority. They state that they “have extensive security measures in place monitoring the tables 24 hours a day, as well as the most advanced fraud prevention technology to make sure that your money is safe .”

They have a 24/7 email and phone support, with responses being clear and accurate. The phone support is always a welcomed aspect of customer service that many sites still do not offer.
