3/1/07 UPDATE: According to the 24hNetwork website, only those customers on VC Poker's Hebrew site will be switching networks.
ORIGINAL STORY
Barely a week after moving from the Tribeca Tables network to the iPoker network, it has come to be known that the Victor Chandler Group’s online poker room, VC Poker, is on the move once again. This time, VC Poker will be migrating to the 24hNetwork.
The original move to iPoker came as a result of Tribeca’s purchase by Playtech, the owner of the iPoker network. VC Poker, of course, redesigned its site to reflect the new network and even created a video tutorial to help players learn about the new software.
As a result of the merger (which included the Tain network, which had merged with Tribeca), iPoker is becoming one of the larger poker networks on the internet. At the same time, the 24hNetwork, despite having around 100 poker rooms in its stable, is one of the smallest. The exact reason for VC Poker’s move is not quite clear at this time. It has nothing to do with U.S. players, as neither iPoker nor 24h allow Americans to play for real money.
