Tony G Opens Online Poker Room

Another poker pro has started an online poker room. This time, it is the brash Tony G.

The room, TonyGPoker.com, is on the Games Grid network. There really isn’t anything special about the room, aside from the Tony G name. It has the usual array of ring games and tournaments, and most of the same features that other poker rooms have, except for a buddy list. The poker room does allow for unlimited multi-tabling, a good thing for grinders.

Perhaps the funniest thing about TonyGPoker.com is the code of conduct. A snipet from the FAQ:

“Targeting other players to distress or embarrass them is harassment and will not be permitted.”

Interesting, considering the room is named after someone who has a reputation for being one of the most obnoxious live players around. Guess he won’t be able to play there.
