Mansion Poker Joins Ongame

Mansion Poker, known best in the poker world for its “Poker Dome” television series, has left the ranks of the independent poker room to join PokerRoom.com, HollywoodPoker.com, and others on the Ongame poker network.

The Ongame network is currently ranked as the fifth largest internet poker network, according to PokerSiteScout.com.  With over 3,200 cash game players on average over the last seven days, it sits comfortably ahead of its next largest competitor, with approximately 1,000 more players.

MANSION Group CEO, Guy Gussarsky, didn’t go with Ongame just because of its size, though.  "We chose Ongame Network as one of the most tried and trusted platforms online and for their superior Poker software,” he said. “But an equally important deal-maker has been their ability to enhance our business rather than consume it."

MANSION Group’s casino business migrated to the Playtech platform in July 2007.  At the time, the company said that there were no plans to move its poker business.
