Mac Users, Meet Pacific Poker

Long the ignored segment of potential online poker players, Mac users finally have another poker room to frequent. Pacific Poker, the 4th largest online poker room, according to PokerPulse.com, has unveiled a new Mac-compatible version of its software.

Previously, Pokerroom.com (part of the PokerNetwork, which also includes HollywoodPoker.com) and was the only major player in the industry that offered Mac users the ability to play online.

Pacific Poker’s Mac players will be able to play at the same exact tables as their PC-using counterparts. Pacific offers Texas Hold’em, Omaha, Omaha High/Low, Seven Card Stud, and Seven Card Stud High/Low.

888.com, the operator of Pacific Poker, also released a Mac-compatible version of its online casino earlier this year.
