Full Tilt Online Poker Series III Starts in February

It seems like the Full Tilt Online Poker Series (FTOPS) II just ended, but FTOPS III is just around the corner at Full Tilt Poker. Last time the total guaranteed prize pool was $2.5 million. This go around, starting Friday, February 9, the total guaranteed money across all FTOPS events will be $3.6 million.

As players compete in the different tournaments, they will be awarded points based on their finishes and then ranked on the FTOPS III Leaderboard. The overall winner at the end will receive a personalized avatar to use at the tables, just like the Full Tilt pros have, displaying to all comers that he is the champion. Winners of the individual events will receive custom gold Full Tilt jerseys and special gold avatars. Of course, the prize money will be nice, too.

One added feature to FTOPS III is that each event will be hosted by a different Full Tilt Poker pro. What that means exactly is not quite known, but at least it sounds…special.
