Full Tilt Poker Giving Away 100 WSOP Main Event Seats

That is $1,000,000 worth of seats to the 2006 World Series of Poker Main Event. 100 seats at $10,000 each. For free.

Starting in March, Full Tilt Poker will hold one WSOP 20 Seat Freeroll each month for five months, with the top 20 finishers in each receiving a seat in the Main Event. Players must qualify for the 20 Seat Freeroll, but there are several ways to qualify, all free.

The most direct way is to simply earn 10,000 Full Tilt Points that month through regular play at the real money tables. Earn the points, and you automatically get an entry.

The next way is to be one of the top 50 WSOP Point earners for the month. WSOP Points are earned by playing in any of Full Tilt’s WSOP satellites or WSOP qualifier tournaments. These points are on top of any prizes won or Full Tilt Points earned in the tournaments, so there is no additional purchase or buy-in required.

Finally, Full Tilt will host two freerolls every day in which the top 36 players will earn a spot in a weekly Freeroll qualifier. The final table of each weekly qualifier will be awarded a spot in the monthly 20 Seat Freeroll.

To sweeten the pot, Full Tilt will be rewarding further those who represent the online poker room in the WSOP and make the final table. If a player earns a seat in the Main Event from Full Tilt and is skilled and fortunate enough to make the final table, Full Tilt will give the player another $50,000. Make the final three, and it’s $100,000. Win the whole thing, and on top of the champion’s purse that person will receive an additional $10 million from Full Tilt Poker.
