ChanPoker.com Joins Ongame Network

The online poker room that ten-time World Series of Poker bracelet winner, Johnny Chan, has put his name on has joined the Ongame Network.  ChanPoker.com will immediately see thousands of players at its tables, as Ongame is one of the top five most trafficked poker rooms on the internet.  U.S. players will not be able to play at ChanPoker.com, as Ongame has barred Americans. 

This move finally brings real money play to the poker room that became very well known around the World Series of Poker, as Johnny Chan could always be seen wearing his black “ChanPoker.net” shirt.  In fact, Ongame created a custom avatar for Chan, depicting him wearing that shirt (without the dot net suffix).   

In addition to the opportunity to play with Chan at the virtual tables, ChanPoker.com customers will also be able to receive poker advice from the three-time WSOP champion.  The “Poker School” section of the site includes lessons on “Basics,” “Strategy,” and “Essentials,” as well as interactive tools and video clips.
