In August, Bodog.com lost the rights to its domain name, so it moved to NewBodog.com. Now, the company is on the move again, this time to BodogLife.com. According to a message posted on the site by founder Calvin Ayre, this will be Bodog’s permanent home, implying that the company either doesn’t think it will be able to get its old domain name back, or that it simply does not feel it is worth the effort to pursue. While the legal wranglings that Bodog has had to go through have to be causing some headaches around the office, Ayre is putting on “airs” that it’s no big deal. As he said in his message, “Hey, the world changes, and if you don't change with it, you get left behind.” Bodog was ordered by a federal court last month to hand over the rights to all Bodog related domain names to a company named 1st Technology LLC. 1st Technology had sued Bodog for patent infringement won the domain rights after Bodog twice failed to appear in court.
